At KTM Modular, we believe good projects are built through strong working relationships. Wherever we work, we look for opportunities to work with Indigenous businesses, contractors, and service providers in the communities surrounding our projects.

Whenever possible, we source materials, services, and skilled trades locally. This can include earthworks, transportation, site services, equipment, and other suppliers needed to support a project. Working with local businesses creates opportunities, strengthens local capacity, and helps keep more of the work within the community.

We also recognize the value that local knowledge brings to a project. Working with people who understand the community, the area, and the realities of the site can make a real difference. We believe those relationships are built through open communication, respect, and doing what you say you're going to do.

Our approach is straightforward. We listen, communicate openly, and follow through on our commitments. We are committed to building genuine working relationships with Indigenous partners and continuing to create opportunities to work together across the regions we serve.
